The planet of Junon is beginning to forget the truth about the greatest heroes of Junon's history, the Seven Knights. In fact, there is speculation that the greatest of the Seven Knights, King Lucid, never ruled the Akram Kingdom at all. As a Soldier, it will be your duty to reveal the truth to the people by finding Luci's lost crown, supposedly last seen in the possession of the Krawfy King, which is the most concrete evidence of Lucid's reign. You will also investigate a legend in which Lucid shattered his legendary sword after driving it into the ground to mark the beginning of the Seven Knights' Second Expedition, and attempt to restore this lost, shattered sword to its original glorious form for all of Junon to see. Your quest to restore Lucid's Sword begins when you speak to Leonard, whose family
was charged with keeping its fragments. Leonard will admit with great shame that the
fragments of Lucid's sword were hidden in the Goblin Cave for safekeeping, but were
promptly stolen by Goblins. To restore the sword, you will need to travel to the 2nd level of the Goblin Cave and retrieve all 5 Fragments from the Goblin Warriors, ask for the help of Mairath the Blacksmith in the Breezy Hills, and retrieve the Token of Friendship from
the Stone Golems in the Gorge of Silence. Once Mairath re-forges Lucid's
Sword, you must place it in the care of Jones, Junon Polis's historian and caretaker of the Kingdom Museum.

As a Muse, you will be investigating the history of Namielle, one of the legendary Seven
Knights and the foremost predecessor of all Muses, in order to qualify for the Second Job Change. Namielle actually invented most of the spells that Muses use today, but she also used many skills that she was never able to hand down to future generations of Muses.
However, it is believed that the secrets to this lost magic are hidden in the Old Priest Chain that Namielle lost in a battle with the Doongoliath. In the interest of magic research, Lisa will ask you to retrieve this Old Priest Chain from Doongoliath. You will also aid Mina and Lutis who are concerned with preserving Namielle's pristine
As a Hawker, you must first complete a series of quests related to Kirnale, the scouting and exploration genius of the Seven Knights and a role model for all Hawkers, in order to qualify for the Second Job Change. First, you will speak to Saki, whose story about Kirnale's exploits will inspire you to find Kirnale's Compass and his long lost Portable Sundial by hunting down the Krawfy King in Kenji's Beach. Upon recovering these artifacts, Saki will direct you to Jones, the historian of Junon Polis, so that you can place these relics in his care and ask for the opportunity to read Kirnale's Journals in the Kingdom Museum. Upon requesting to see Kirnale's Journals, Jones will admit that he lent them to a hot blooded adventurer who lost them in the Goblin Cave. After hunting Goblin Warriors in the 2nd level of the Goblin Cave to retrieve all of Kirnale's Journals, Jones will suggest visiting Sharlin, the tavern owner in Zant, to learn more about the famous love story involving Kirnale and Lillith of the Seven Knights. Sharlin will relate the moving, romantic tale of Kirnale and Lillith's love and mention that Kirnale's final memento, his beloved Phoenix Writing Quill, is probably in the hands of the Stone Golems in the Gorge of Silence.
Dealers will embark on quests to restore the reputation of Lillith, one of the legendary Seven Knights, who is accredited with establishing the economic systems and methods that all Dealers use today. First, you will be asked by Mildun to search for Lillith's Family Emblem by hunting Goblin Warriors in the 2nd level of the Goblin Cave to prove her honorable lineage. Afterwards, Mildun will talk about Lillith's bittersweet love for Kirnale, the dashing and handsome explorer of the Seven Knights, mentioning that she wrote Kirnale many love letters and placed them into bottles which she threw into the ocean for Kirnale to find on his journeys.
Some of these letters drifted to Kenji's Beach and were collected by Hotch, one of the beach's residents. Upon visiting Hotch and asking for a chance to read Lillith's love letters, he'll tell you that a gang of Kaimans, led by the Kaiman King, invaded his home and stole all the love letters he collected. Once you retrieve all 5 Bottle Love Letters from the Kaiman King and return them to Hotch, he'll ask you to bring them to Jones, the historian in Junon Polis, realizing that these letters contain real historical significance. Jones will appreciate this contribution to the Kingdom Museum , but he will also express regret that Lillith is better known for her love story than for her contributions to the Akram Kingdom's economy. Jones will ask you to seek out Lillith's Scales, which established the concept of fair trading in the Akram Kingdom, by hunting Stone Golems in the Gorge of Silence. |
